Jason Fewin graduated in 1999 from Park University, in his hometown of Parkville, Missouri, with a Bachelors degree in Art.

    He had always searched for a medium in which he could express his interest of abstract design. Something that stood out from the norm. It wasn’t until he went to work for a local decor studio when he found what he was looking for. There he was introduced to fused glass.

    Fused glass is a specially formulated glass to expand and contract at the same rate when heated and cooled with other tested compatible fusible glass.

    With the use of kilns, similar to those used for pottery, to heat and cool the glass he has produced a multitude of work ranging from platters and dishes to murals and enhanced elements for stained glass.
